On my blog I often give tips about handling a disease, especially CFS.
These tips are based on my own experiences and the experiences of other patients.
I'm not a doctor or an expert in this area, I only share what has helped me to improve my health and what has helped others. I can not guarantee that these tips will be working for you.
Feel free to try them out, but I can not be held responsible for any consequences.
Your health is very important to me and I really want to improve it with my advice. However not all advise may be helpful for you. If you have to go across the line, please don't do it. In that case my advice is not meant for you. I don't want you to feel worse than you did before. Feel free to follow other tips though, they may help you better.
